Privacy policy

This policy explains what Aurora Slots Club collects, why, how long we keep it and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, and it applies to https://auroraslotsclub.com and every page on it.

The short version

• We ask for an email address, a display name and a date of birth if you create an account
• We never ask for payment details, because there is nothing on this site to pay for
• We run no advertising pixels and no behavioural tracking of any kind
• Two typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; that is our only third-party request
• Third-party game windows are separate from us and set their own cookies
• You can have your account and data deleted by sending one email

What we collect

If you create an account

A display name, an email address, a date of birth, and a record that you confirmed you are 21 or over. The date of birth exists to enforce the age requirement, which is a condition of using the site. We do not use it for marketing or profiling.

If you contact us

Whatever you put in the message, plus the email address you send it from, so we can reply. Support correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Automatically, when you visit

Standard web server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and a timestamp. These are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, and are retained for a short period before being discarded.

What we deliberately do not collect

No payment or card details, at all. No advertising identifiers, no behavioural profiles, no cross-site tracking pixels and no third-party marketing analytics. We do not buy personal data from data brokers and we do not sell, rent or share yours.

Cookies

As this site currently stands we set no cookies at all and store nothing in your browser. When the account system is connected we will set a single session cookie for signed-in members, and nothing else. We will never set an advertising or profiling cookie.

Fonts and other third-party requests

The site loads two typefaces, Syne and Inter, from Google Fonts. Making that request discloses your IP address and user-agent to Google, who publish their own policy for the service. It is the only third-party request any page makes other than the game windows themselves. If you would rather it did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site will fall back to the fonts already on your device.

Game windows are a separate matter. Each title is loaded from its publisher's own servers inside a framed window, and that publisher may set its own cookies and process data under its own policy. We do not control those cookies and cannot read them. If that concerns you, do not open the game windows - the rest of the site works without them.

Legal bases for processing

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract for operating your account; legal obligation and legitimate interests for age verification and for keeping the platform secure and free from abuse; and consent where you have explicitly given it. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the hosting and email providers required to run the service, each acting on our instructions, and where we are legally compelled to do so by a valid legal request. There is no other disclosure and no commercial sharing.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is open. When an account is closed the associated personal data is deleted, other than the minimum record needed to show that a deletion request was made and honoured. Server logs are short-lived. Support email is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and complain to your data protection authority. Exercise any of these by writing to support@auroraslotsclub.com from the address associated with the account.

We aim to respond within 30 days. We will not require you to explain yourself, and we will not put a retention offer in front of you before acting on a deletion request.

Children

This service is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have, the account is closed and the data deleted. Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered should contact support@auroraslotsclub.com.

International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination country.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, account passwords are stored using a modern one-way hashing algorithm, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we hold no payment data and very little else of value to an attacker.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects registered members, notify them by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
