These terms govern your use of https://auroraslotsclub.com and the games and features available through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be purchased from us, sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, withdrawn, redeemed or converted into anything of value, whether inside or outside this site. We may adjust, reset, withdraw or discontinue them at any time without notice and without any liability to you. Nothing of yours is lost when we do, because they were never yours.

4. Accounts

You may browse and play without an account. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential and not to share it, and to accept responsibility for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at support@auroraslotsclub.com if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 21, or that is being used to abuse the service or other members.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 21, or help anyone under 21 to do so
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Use bots, scrapers, automation or emulators against the site or the games
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source from any part of the service
• Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or closure
• Represent yourself as connected with, endorsed by or speaking for Aurora Slots Club
• Sell, advertise or facilitate the sale of accounts or virtual credits

6. Third-party games

The games are third-party HTML5 builds provided in their publishers' free demonstration mode and loaded from those publishers' servers inside a framed window. We curate and host the collection but do not develop the games, control their content, or guarantee their availability.

Those publishers operate under their own terms and privacy practices in respect of the game window itself. A game may be changed, moved or withdrawn by its publisher at any time, which may cause it to stop working here without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Aurora Slots Club name, logo, site design, code and written content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without written permission. Game artwork, titles and software remain the property of their respective publishers.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including individual games, at any time. Since the service is free and nothing of value is held on your behalf, no compensation arises from any interruption.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Aurora Slots Club is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
